Our two dining rooms, enhanced by Haussmannian elegance, are adorned with refined moldings, bas-reliefs featuring angel decor, and majestic fireplaces made of pink and red marble. Artist Ségolène Derudder has breathed new life into those spaces, enveloping them with frescoes that celebrate the seven Arts, offering a true ode to beauty and art in a setting rich with history.

The Chef Cyril Coutin

A chef passionate about gastronomy from a young age, Cyril Coutin honed his craft alongside the greatest Michelin-starred chefs.

His cuisine is instinctive, generous, with bold flavors, and deeply rooted in nature. Respect for ingredients and producers are at the heart of his philosophy. Each of his creations is prepared with passion and precision, reflecting the Chef’s expertise and creativity.

On Saturdays, Chef Cyril Coutin selects and creates his dish of the day based on his discoveries at the famous Verneuil market, located in the church square. This unique concept guarantees freshness and quality.

“Normandy is so rich in its diverse and varied agriculture, from sea to land. I am honored to launch Patiné, here in gentle Verneuil, which I see as the ideal place, imbued with a soul that is both warm and delicate, where my cuisine tells the story of nature, landscapes, people, and history.”

Our restaurant PATINÉ, spreads across our two historic Haussmannian dining rooms, is open to everyone, every day for breakfast from 7 am to 11 am, for lunch from 12 pm to 3 pm, and for dinner from 7 pm to 11 pm.

In the grand salon, on our cozy sofas or near the remarkable stove, you will find a cocktail menu inspired by specialties from around the world.
