Rooms are available from 3pm on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on your day of departure.
Early check-in from 12pm and late check-out until 3pm are available on request, at a rate of €140.
If you need to check out before 7:30am or arrive after 10pm, please let reception know 24 to 48 hours in advance.
A member of our team is at reception throughout the night, from 10pm to 8am, to help with any request.
Yes. Electric vehicle charging points are available in the hotel car park. They have Type 2 sockets with a power output of 22 kW, at €30 for 4 hours of charging.
The hotel has no lift, but offers ground-floor rooms in our annex, a particularly quiet setting. These include a Palette room and a Rêverie suite, which can be connected, as well as our three Eden suites with a glass-roofed lounge, one of which is fully wheelchair accessible, including a roll-in shower. Access ramps can be provided on request, and all communal areas, including the restaurant, the glass-roofed lounge, the terrace and the Spa des Songes wellness area, are accessible to guests with reduced mobility.
Yes, childcare can be arranged at any time during your stay. Every Saturday and Sunday until 12pm, we also run a Kids Club in a dedicated space, specially designed for the occasion. All our childcare staff hold an up-to-date early childhood qualification.
Yes, your four-legged companions are welcome at Verneuil la douce, for a supplement of €35 per pet and per day. Bowls and beds are available to keep them comfortable during their stay. Simply let us know when you book.
The Spa des Songes, with its indoor pool, sauna and hammam, will open in November, for all hotel stays and “Journées suspendues” day packages, Monday to Friday. Our Holidermie treatment room is open all year round to everyone, hotel guests and day visitors alike.

In summer, the outdoor pool is reserved for hotel guests. To keep it calm and spacious for everyone staying with us, booking our other services, such as brunch, the restaurant or the kids club, does not include access to the pool.
We do not have the space for side-by-side treatments. However, please contact us and we will arrange your treatments one after the other. Meanwhile, the person not having a massage is welcome to enjoy a drink in our glass-roofed lounge, or to relax in our wellness area.
Yes, our fine dining restaurant Patiné welcomes hotel guests and outside visitors alike, by reservation.
