This two-day retreat is led by Émilie Briand, a logotherapist, professional coach, and founder of Maison de Sens, a retreat center and methodology dedicated to existential transformation. For over ten years, she has been supporting women and executives facing identity crises, a loss of direction, or pivotal life transitions.

Through workshops inspired by Emilie Briand’s protocol on motherhood, work on meaning, body awareness, and the liberation of speech, this retreat offers a structured path to step out of maternal self-effacement and reinvent one’s place. Not against motherhood, but from it, because becoming a mother can also be an invitation to rediscover oneself.
